    i would like to know if a job dosen't post a job and they claim to be a equal opportunity employer what can be done about this.

    They do not have to post a job if they promote from within the company. You have a right to apply for the job even if they do not post it however.

    When I was still working___ A job was first posted (in house)n You had first choice Then the post was public!  However _ Do you think a job post can not be filled  within the employee pool?  I surely hope not!!  Get them jobs! Keep    them  jobs!! Happy Employment Everyone!!
