      If it were me I would buy a House as the market is good for buying and you can always rent it out and still travel good luck

            I chose this year to do some travelling, now I have had a break from the every day things I feel ready to save now and buy a home.

              Buy a home. Put down roots. I didn't and this has been very difficult.

              I agree itsmee, I hadn't had a break for two years paying off all my debts so a vacation was necessary for me, I am content to buy a home and happy with daily routine again. I needed balance.

              Now is the buyers' market.  I suggest you buy a house now and travel later.
