In December 2012, Mark J. Pettingill J.P M.P was appointed by the Hon. Premier Craig Cannonier J.P M.P, and Party Leader of the One Bermuda Alliance, to serve as the Attorney General for Bermuda. In the premises, our Mr. Pettingill has elected to take a sabbatical from private practice (leave of absence from Charter Chambers Bermuda Ltd), for the tenure of his post as Attorney General and therefore, he has resigned as a Director of Charter Chambers Bermuda Ltd and its various entities. Everyone in Chambers is proud of our Mr. Pettingill’s latest achievement and we wish him well as he continues to serve Bermuda through his civic duty. We look forward to embracing Mr. Pettingill back into the Charter family at the conclusion of his political service.
