Put the movie in your computer by plugging the flash drive into the computer and transferring the file to your movie folder. Load the movie into a movie maker then save it to your hard drive. From there you can play it in your media player which should have a burner built in. Burn it to a DVD. You can not burn it to a CD because CDs are for sound, not images.
