You can just look up on line to see all the write-ups regarding anti trust. This subject dates back to the late 1800's.. An earlier law passed was the Robinson Patman Act regarding goods of like grade and quality pricing/injury to competition and the Sherman Act (monopolizing an industry). You can start with these two areas. Totally fascinating.
