        just give it up try less and less in a cup of tea/coffee the artificial sweetners are worse for you than natural sugar aspitain is a cancer causer so stay away from them

          You might try xylitol, this is a natural sweetener made from birch sap. It has the remarkable property of repairing early tooth decay as well as being non-fattening.
