      That sounds pretty ridiculous to me.  I hope it's just a sorry rumor.

        It's a known fact that since the late 60s, or early 70s, they have to have a certain number of blacks on TV, movies, government jobs,university jobs, students in college,  etc. It's called Afirmative Action
