I know that I can't truly answer the question and I'm sure it is similar, but different to everyone. I have been lucky enough to be in love more than one time and I can say it was different with each woman.

LOVE IS.....UNSELFISH...KIND...WARM...UNDERSTANDING...NOT JEALOUS OR UNFORGIVING. LOVE SEES OR THINKS NO EVIL, IS NOT SELF SEEKING, IT IS NOT PUFFED UP, DOES NOT BEHAVE RUDELY, IS NOT PROVOKED. WILL REJOICE IN TRUTH BUT NOT IN INIQUITY. IS NOT ENVIOUS. IT NEVER FAILS AND IT'S ALWAYS THERE BEING HAPPY. BELIEVES ALL THINGS, HOPES IN EVERYTHING AND ENDURES GOOD AND BAD(EVERYTHING).WELL I GUESS THERE IS ONLY ONE WORD NO THERE IS ONLY ONE NAME THAT CAN DESCRIBE THIS KIND OF LOVE...GOD!!. WOW MY KIND OF LOVE.

There are many kinds of love, the love we have for our parents, our children our friends and then there is love that one has for their spouse or mate in life. But love should be more giving not in the monetary sense so much but in one's self and really caring, kindness and truly listening.
God is love.

I use that morning where I saw 195 on the scale as a sort of dividing line between when I looked at my weight as a sort of “Eh, it is what it link is” (that type of resignation sets in when you consider Peanut M&Ms a basic food group) to, “Uh, yeah, I have to do something.” And what I did was dust off my Apple Watch, hop on my bike, and ride link around link New York City like a maniac.
