    what effects does amonia in the body do when you have a bad liver?

    you mean breathing in amonia ? I'm sure you're not drinking it, b/c if you were, you'd be dead.Anyway, the liver's job is to filter out all impurities. So, if you're breathing in amonia, I'm sure your lungs and the cilia in your throat are doing a h- - - -  of a job filtering it out.And whatever is left, if you swallow, is going to your liver. Drinking alchohol is very damaging to the liver too.So is some drugs.
