You have a Trojan. The trojan has taken over control of your PC and it is redirecting your Internet searches. Soon your PC will just freeze and you will not be able to do anything.
You should see a computer Technician soon before it damages your mother board.You can try putting your computer in safe mode with networking. Reboot your PC and tap the F8 key several times when it is rebooting.
Try downloading the following program if it lets you:
http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
If it does run the program and hopefully it will remove the Trojan for you. I will follow you if it works let me know, if it doesn't I will give you some additional help.
