I was having the same problem.And I was paying to get Comcast. So, I tinkered with my computer and fine tuned it. Then, I was getting Comcast email again. I'm going to drop Comcast tho' b/c they claim they sold me a lot of items that I didn't order, adn they were taking  $ 350 . out of my cking account every month !! ........without my permisson. They had ripped me off and ripped off my mother in the 90s, too. But, when I signed up with them a few years ago, it was b/c the good looking young salesman told me it was owned by a different company now, and that it was fine. It's not.
