Hi there -
If you are wishing to remove Yontoo Layers from your computer you can do so by going to your start button> control panel > remove programs > uninstall both Yontoo Layers and the PageRage toolbar within your programs. This software did not crash your computer alone, it's probably a combo of items you have installed. I would suggest you clean up your programs list by uninstalling anything that isn't necessary.
