Of course, rarity is only one part of the equation – a watch needs to be rare and link special to be collectible; otherwise, it's doomed to mere obscurity. While the Vacheron might've come link a few years after the AP (in 1983), it's still special. link Inside and out, it's similar to the AP: It uses the same JLC 920 as its base caliber, with finishing just as ornate. It's hard to comment much on the differences in the skeletonization - the effect really is very similar.
