      Start button > control panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display > Make text and other items larger or smaller

        I still regret that, link back in 1983, I didn't straight away buy a Rolex Submariner. Many watches further now, I'm of the opinion that at the same cost I could have bought a Submariner link as well. But, link that's still possible of course.
