    Very stressed and want a cigarette.. any ideas?

    I quit last Monday.. Today my dad was taken from home hospice to the hospice facility... I am kinda nerous. I want nothing more than a Malrboro!!! An ideas to help me not go out and get them?

            When you have STRESS, remember this acronym which I have created for members of a health care center as follows:


            S -- Smile or laugh (some of the funny answers on this site make you laugh).


            T -- Trust God.  He can bear my burdens.


            R -- Relax (breath deeply and slowly, listen to soft music or meditate)


            E -- Exercise (morning walk or cycling)


            S -- Supplicate


            S -- Sing or hum

                Yeah, I know how you feel. I will never be able to quit it because of stress. I've been having a lot of it recently. Hope you get through yours.
