It takes a few seconds to type www.facebook.com into your web browser. Unless you are a one finger typer then it could take 15 or 20 seconds. You could just type Facebook and you will still be directed to the log in page.
To create a short cut and if your browser allows it, go to the Facebook log in page. See the URL in your address bar at the top of the page. Left click and hold on the green lock icon. Drag the icon to your browser and release it when you see a + sign appear or when the circle with the hash through it disappears. You have created a shortcut.
