      Scam, Barry.  Watch out.  They do this kind of stuff to unsuspecting people like you.  You may be required to send them some money to claim your prize.

        I think it's a scam. My g. friend has gotten many ph. calls from Haitii saying =that she has won such and such money . They want her to send them money in order for her to get the money she has won. She's not sending them anything. They even threatened her by saying ' ' We know where you live ''  So she called the police, but they won't do anything.
