Are you sure it is the laptop speakers you want to install? Perhaps you just need an audio driver. Type devmgmt.msc in run. That opens up your device manager. See if there is a yellow question mark beside the audio sound, video and audio control manager. If there is type in Google your model, and make of your laptop and download the audio drivers.
If you want to change your laptop speakers you have to know what you are doing. It would be better to get a computer technician to change them for you. You can type in Google the make and model number of your laptop and download the repair manual if you do want to try and change them yourself.
