      Probably a lot lower than what mine is at the moment.......

        When young usually 120/80 or somewhat less. When older 50+, - 100 plus your age (This is the Systolic the top numbeer) and about 80 again (This is dyastolithis is sthe lower number) Ideally not 100 plus your age as if you are 70/80 years you need it to be lower.
