    how do I convert photo images png & bitmap to JEPG

    I downloaded pictures from my digital camera & the pictures were there.  I saw them.  The next timeI went to look at them they were in different  images & not my photos.  Ho can I get my photos back?

      Right click on the image and select, save as then choose jpeg.
