    No dairy products for a start...try some clear soup and dry toast,once your body accepts this you can resume normal eating,usually after a couple of days.

    Hard boiled eggs.  They will bung you up.

    Grated apple works.Both ways.Either for the runs or constipation.

    I eat burnt toast. there's something in the carbon I put a very light coating of butter on it.{real butter}

    Chesses will work all the times.
