My mother is on ss but cannot hear. can she change that to disability. I am also faced with getting home care for her or assisted living. Is there any resources for that.

If your mother is deaf, she may be elidgable to receive the dissability pension, she must provide proof of her condition wich a Doctor can determine ,however she still may be required to find work at a job suitable to her,as she is still able bodied. You can also apply to get some home care in,but once again she will have to meet the criteria.
