      personally i'd wait till it cools, if you mean boiling it first then waiting yes their would be some benifits..

            yes its good for you but as everyone has said let it cool down and warm water is ok to drink my granny drank it every day she died at 99 yrs old!

              you certainly use boiling water to make tea or coffee. if you can suck down boiling water without it first cooling off, you are a BAAAAAAAAAAAD boy indeed
