    Drink lots of water as a filler


    Exercise.


    It takes twice as long to take weight off as it does to put it on.


    There are no miracle weight loss pills.

    Substitute popcorn for your snacks.  Popcorn is naturally high in fiber, has low amount of calories and fat, contains no sodium, lack of preservatives and sugar free.
