Found on the net...someone else with a Dodge had the same code. This is what he found...
"i had the check engine light looked at today and thats the code it gave me (p0406) anyone now anything about this. the guy said it was an EGR sensor. possibly it needed to be cleaned or replaced, but he couldnt say for sure (this was at autozone)."
There was really no informative answer to his question. Take your caravan to the mechanic.
