      i have had hormone imbalance and developed breast approx 36b .we are going on holiday next month,my wife has bought me a one piece swimsuit should i wear it


       by the way gazz, gay men do not wear one piece bathing suits so it will not make you gay,  old fashion looking maybe but not gay. Gay men have class, good taste in fashion. That's why we now have GQ men. Straight men who dress impeccably like the gays do.

          Every man wears one piece swim suit bottom half only thats what you mean? I wear swimming trunks only .Never heard of wearing top half if i have got your Question wrong .Sorry!
