Use plain tooth paste to the stain let it set for about 30 minutes. Carefully blot the stain with a soft cloth using cool water. Do not use gel toothpaste, toothpaste that contains whitening or bleaching.

Rub the stain with vinegar and milk gently until the spot is gone.  Then rinse with water.

Try soaking the stain in some milk.
