    I never entered my Product Key code and now I can't open microsoft office to type a document. Help this computer illiterate

      Your product key will be included in your user guide or on a sticker your computer or on the installation cd. If your computer came with Microsoft office trial, then you need to purchase a key from Microsoft to continue using the program once the trial period of 25 uses is up.
