      May be do it in the form of bartering.   The government want your tax money. 


      Do it on a small scale if you want to sell them to the public.  I see them all over Hawaii.

        Yes , grow , and sell in front yard if want. But getting the market to buy is harder.

            There are little " farmers markets" all over . That's were the city or town lets the people get together and sell there items either in a parking lot or town square.  Around my area every town does this once a week.

              You don't need a license but you will have to sign up and it will cost a little to do it but I don't think its much.
