      Could be hives if you are allergic to something....anything that you know of?? You need to see a physician though or go to your local emergency room....I wouldn't let it go unattended...allergies can be extremely serious!

        An allergy. But that is just one option. You should consult a dermatologist immediately if you have concerns.
