        you need to give a bit more information on the model and wether it gas /electric if its gas you should call out some one who is quilified with Gas in the UK its Gas SAFE but I dont know what country you are from and if its electric I still would call out the proffesionals

          If you are not a professional,it is more safer getting a tradesman out to do the repairs.You have to know what your doing ,especially with electricity or gas.
