    in business,why get rid of good employees and keep ones that do no work,money?

    Maybe some bosses are not as observant as they should be? Maybe the company has a union and it doesn't matter about work ethic...it's based on seniority? Maybe there is more to the "getting rid of story" than you have been made aware? Maybe you believe that s/he was a good employee but that is not the case? Maybe there is a personality conflict between the employee and the one with the power to hire/fire?


    In any case, my advice to you would be...."Stay out of it or you could be next"!!!
