      Depends if there were any under age drinkers at the party,if no adult supervision was present,that is not a good sign.You say the person is 18, well 18 yr olds are considered an adult .

        In most states it is unlawful to purchase alcohol until age 21. If someone allows an underage person to consume the alcohol, they could be charged. If they didn't know about the underage drinking, then no.
