I cant see how we could have a white history month, White people came here from all over the world and at different times. I agree with mycatsmom, there schould be one for Native Americans.,they were here before any of us .

Yeah, when is it gonna be Dutch / American history month, or Italian  / American history month. There's notihing in our history books detailing the history of the Native Americans. And they got the shaft more than any other ethnic group. . . . . .b/c they were made to live on a crummy reservation that was on dry, non productive land !

sorry Yvonne..I am so used to spelling with capital letters(i was raised in South of France)...I am learning to better type online...I am a lover of knowledge and I always have questions running thru my head...lol..I guess being curious sometimes does have its downfall...white stupidity.com???I am not white...so ...sorry...to disappoint you:-)))and yes like mycatsmom said it best:"SHE IS ENTITLED TO HER OPINION"..I just found it quite weird how people say that America is racist ,this and that,then demand that there is a Black history month;in doing so I think they are labeling themselves...but then again,everybody labels someone...putting them in categories sometimes they do not even belong to.:-(

I agree, and I don't like the title African American, If your not born in Africa your an American.
