It is not the forgiving that's hard - it is the forgetting. Also so dissappointing.

Because when people do not act in accordance to a higher expectation, the results can be disappointing.

People find it hard to forgive since you have NOT  lived up to their standard, or you have let them down.  Just don't give up and try harder the next time.  It'll get better.

U right Dopey...forgetting sometimes never happens....like example I am thinking of a murderer who killed a child...the mother for example(could be father,uncle,any relative 4 that matter)will have a hard time forgiving  AND definitely she will never forget that her child is no longer here with her...BUT I have watched interviews where the family eventually forgave and even started a relationship with the person who committed the crime...THIS IS STRENGTH!!I do not know if I will ever be able to do that!but we must move on I guess..in order to find inner peace
