I have YAHOO mail. When I get something in my "good" email that is junk mail, I go to the toolbar type thing where you can choose "delete" or "reply", etc. There is a "spam" there. If I highlight the junkmail message and click the "spam" choice, the message goes to the spam location. It seems that anything forthcoming from that sender automatically goes to the spam category.
Let me know if that works.
