      Several years ago I tookout 50 % of my 401 three weeks before the stock market collapsed, gambling that i thought the worst would happen.Well it did. Bought back at the low share prices. I gained 35 % more shares in my account. Was charged 6.5% interest , that went back into my account. Seriously considering taking out as a loan again if obama wins another term. Weird to say, but i benefit from obama being in office . As long as he continues to implement democrat values into the economy and trash it , i will continue to make more money.

        in most cases if your allowed  you st the payback rate seeing your borrowing from yourself
