is it hooked up to an antennae, cable or satellite? Antennae may need adjustment or redirection. cable or satellite co. should be able to correct it. check if all your antennae wiring is correct before you call in a service person. otherwise, in the menu section you can reset the set to "factory specs". that will return it to same settings when it left the factory.
