Cervical spondylosis more or less the same as spondylitis is a problem with the neck disks - inflammation and displacement perhaps - see specialist. Symptoms pain when moving the neck in different directions depending on the defect.

Cervical Spondylosis is caused by chronic wearing away of the cervical spine.  There may be abnormal growth or "spurs" on lthe bones of the spine.  These changes may, over time, press down on one or more of the nerve roots, causing pain in the neck and may extend to the arms.

The only thing I can find is "neck pain".
