Ask your Mom or Dad if you can talk till your friend comes.  Just talk about things that interest you and you might find out you have a lot in common with them.  Ask what things were like when they were kids or about your grand parents??  How did they have fun and what were their favorite foods. You have time now to ask but in later years, they might not be there or too busy to answer.  Get to know them.  It will be fun. 

Got any unfinished homework ?Or keep practising your spelling,your spelling is  very good for a 7 year old.

I find it hard to believe you're 7 years old.  You write better than a lot of the adults that come through here.  I am inclined to think that your mother wrote this for you.  Yep, I am positive that you didn't write this passage.

you can get your barbies out or what ever your going to play with when your friend gets there. or help your mom in the kitchen. im sure you could peel some eggs or fold napkins.
