      also, Defraggler from same company. this one works better than MS defragger. and you may want to do a system restore after the above. this will NOT remove your files or programs.

        Defrag and then dafrag again and again until defrag only takes under a minute. By this I mean sit there and keep gefrag in on session

          download a program called CCleaner from cnet. it will get rid of all the junk in your computer and is very helpful
