It depends on what electrolytes you are looking for. Electrolytes are minerals and are charged particles which can be found on the periodical table as elements. Such as calcium, Ca, potassium, K, and magnesium, Mg. Most foods like fruits and vegetables are high in electrolytes as well as nuts. Hope this helps.
