Take court order to his place of employment and garnish his pay checks, or garnish his checking account if you know where he banks (it's not easy here because if he doesn't have any money in the account, you'll have to try again with a new court document).

Keep sending them a bill reminding them. After 6 months, take them to court again. It sucks but there really is no way to force someone to pay what they owe if the settlement was through small claims court.

Leave it to a collection company.

or you could call the guy that collects on stuff,for a small fee....faster than the courts,no attorney needed

It is usually best to have the courts collect the judgment for you and receive payment from the courts. Requesting this service of the courts is honored in situations that the courts consider prudent. I am unsure if this process is still in effect or the circumstances that the courts will honor.

I do not believe the courts handle the collections of money owed anymore. I believe they went through the sheriffs office for that. Last I knew, it was no longer being done.
