      POP UP BLOCKER Tools > Options > Content tab > next to "Block pop up windows", see Exceptions, click it. Paste or type address of site you want pop ups to be allowed for, click Allow

        I have turned on pop up blocker on my laptop, but I still keep getting a pop-up which says CONGRATULATIONS you are the 100,000 th visitor click here to win a iPhone. It's a con I think, but It won't go away.
