    what if a will was changed at hospital 3 days before someone dies and there no lawyer present

    If there was a notary public there to witness the signing execution, then it may be accepted. However, the person changing his/her will has to be of sound mind. If anyone disputes the change, it will be difficult to prove that they were of sound mind, and most likely will be rejected in a court.
    depends if former will is handwritten or typed. if handwritten the hospitalized person writes changes or add-ons and the changes are witnessed and signed by two people who are NOT in the will, it can be recognized by the courts. depends on the state or country you're in too.
