What is the status of my cancelled reservation?
I cancelled my reservation #R6753632 on August 7, 2011 on line and was told that I would receive a confirmation of the cancellation "soon" (or words to that effect). I have not received any notice from you and want to make sure that my reservation has indeed been cancelled. Please advise by e-mailing me at vvfflow@roadrunner.com. Thank you.
