inventions are a thing of the past.......innovation of old inventions is the future.

Medication to prevent and cure cancer.  Over 8 million people die of cancer each year!  And this number is increasing!

i working on a devise that will turn sea water into petro, that would also mean converting an engine as well . i should have this ready just as soon as congress aproves my pattern, the big oil companies are fighting me tooth and nail, but i got more money and better lawers, so keep a sharp look out for the "sea ignightor"

No more inventions please - sick of it all. Man is just killing the earth and really haven't achieved the marvellous inventions of the past. An invention how to unite Humanity would be good here.

Not so much a new invention, but rather new twists and spins on already existing gadgets, and technology.  In other words, they will come up with more efficient ways to waste time, destroy man's capacity for self-reliance, and render his creativity hostage to artificial ways that cut the middle man out of the picture (ie.  drum machines, computer animation, etc)
