    travelling to Peru

    I am going to Peru this summer and it is my first time ever to travel and fly...any good advice from seasoned travellers?

      Be open minded about the differences of cultures , be aware of the poor people and thankful that you are not one of them !Every place is nice if you are nice in return ! Have a good time !

        **I was in Lima Peru back in '75 while in the US Navy. People treated American sailors like we were special back then. Our crew was told we HAD to wear our uniforms on liberty to "show the flag".
        It was a different time. People don't look at the United States now like they did 37 years ago.
        Be cautious and respectful to the people and their customs and you shouldn't have a problem.
