why are people suspended from this site

I am fairly new to this sight...why is it people are suspended and if they are, how is it they are still on the site

If you read the information about what can be written and what cannot be written, then you should be able to figure it all out. I will not repeat it here for that reason, but I will give you the shortened version:
No Spam, no vulgar language or attacks on individuals or groups. Basically, it is all common sense approaches to making discussions entertaining and thought provoking, giving rise to critical thought and understanding without allowing it to degrade into mud slinging and hate.

I haven't spent the time reading the site information but if they are suspended how is it they are still commenting...I guess that would be hard to stop regardless
