    If you lived in the Sacramento area of California and had your marriage annulled, would you go to
    the state of California or to a Church?

      A marriage license is issued by the country clerk, not by a church.  It is a legal document. A church is not going to have jurisdiction over a legal document.

        If it was annuled in 1971, what do you want to do ? Why do you want to go to the church or the state ........? .......to get it unannuled ?
